The Carriage House in historic Bristol is a short walk to downtown restaurants, shops, coffee shops, two neighborhood beaches, museums, public library, churches and several wedding venues. It is a half block to the Prudence Island and Providence to Newport Ferry and a short walk to the Bike Shop (rentals) and the East Bay Bike Path which leads to Colt State Park. You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
