Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Bolthole is self-contained, luxuriously comfortable, beautiful, quirky and pet friendly. Meadowbrook Studio is a cosy, self-contained space which is ideal for a relaxing short break. With its own private entrance, it offers comfort and privacy, including a comfortable double bed with fresh linens, excellent WiFi, Smart TV, and a kitchenette. Guests can enjoy a self-serve continental breakfast, while outside, an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and pizza oven creates a perfect setting for dining in the fresh Wicklow air after a day exploring nearby forests, valleys, and coastline.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Stay in a beautifully restored 1777 Annex with 9 acres of countryside to explore. Cosy bedroom with wooden beams, French doors to wildflower meadows, and a moon gate leading to rolling hills. Relax in the hot tub with panoramic views (wildlife spotting included!), picnic under our 100 year-old oak tree, or enjoy the quirky honesty-bar kitchen. Close to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, and charming Yorkshire villages, perfect for a peaceful escape with a touch of magic (hot tub £30 per night)

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Entire Guest House with Hot Tub in mid Suffolk

A cosy cottage style property, ideal for couples or young families. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind you from the moment you arrive. The hot tub is for exclusive use. It is surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside, with walks on your doorstep. A mile away you will find a selection of shops, pubs/ restaurants, farm shop. The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many more.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Self contained annex - Peak District riverside

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Relax in a cosy space surrounded by nature's beauty. Watch the light shift on the hills from the comfy sofa - or grab a stick and go hiking. Amble down the lane to the picturesque lake (some hardy souls might brave a quick dip!). Recharge in a superking bed dressed in quality bed linens and revive in the ensuite rainforest shower. The kitchenette has everything needed for simple meal prep, and your private patio is fully furnished for Al fresco dining.

Tucked away in a peaceful and secluded setting, this stylish self-contained guest annexe offers a perfect countryside escape in the heart of South Oxfordshire. Ideally located between the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames, home to the renowned Dorchester Abbey, and the picturesque Clifton Hampden, famously described in Three Men in a Boat as “wonderfully pretty, old-fashioned, peaceful, and dainty with flowers.”
