The house is surrounded by green where you can spend a relaxing holiday with your family or with your friends. it is 45 km from Pescara, a seaside city and it's about 2 km from the small medieval village set in the mountain's rock and approachable only on foot. You can reach many towns and villages like "Castel del Monte" , "Campo Imperatore" , "San Valentino" known for the gooness of the homemade ice cream, "Sant'Eufemia a Majella" known for the quality of the milk products and so much other.

There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
