Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Pennsylvania Wilds lies Cozy Oaks Cottage! This 558 sq. ft. space is the ideal spot to get away with your family and friends. Rail 66 is 75 yards from our driveway. Many restaurants are only a few minutes down the road, and we are only 15 minutes from Cook Forest. Although we can sleep up to 5 people, our place is quite small, and for maximum comfort we recommend no more than 3 people
