Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. With only 53m2 this house became a pleasant holiday home. Retaining the existing low door openings, irregular window frames and the former hearth as the heart of the house and gathering of household members, it exudes a rural way of life ;-) Grocery shop and a local cuisine restaurant in just 2 minutes walking distance.
