This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Unwind on the comfortable couch or one of the two outdoor spaces that have great country views. On the main level where you enter you will find a desk, half bath and washer/dryer. Upstairs is the main living space with a dining table, living room, kitchen, full bath, and spacious queen bedroom.

Private cabin tucked in the woods near Mohican State Forest. Enjoy a peaceful getaway with easy access to hiking, canoeing, and Mohican area activities on the quieter, more secluded side. Unplug and enjoy the natural setting — no TV, just a chance to relax and recharge. Please note: The cabin is accessed via a walking path with steps, including stairs to the front door and an open staircase to the loft. The driveway is uphill and gravel, accessible by all cars in Spring, Summer, and Fall.

The Reformatory Retreat

Perfectly located in central Mansfield at the end of a quiet street. This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by my husband on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

No pets allowed. There are currently no horses living on the farm.

Terradise is a property rich with natural resources and Ohio's heritage. The village of Caledonia as well as the City of Marion, are just a short drive away and offer an array of comforts for your stay. Terradise is great for a quiet getaway.
