Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Set in 110 acres of land on the beautiful Exe Estuary the thatched farmhouse dates from the 17th Century and is a quiet peaceful oasis but only a short stroll from the centre of Exmouth and the large expanse of golden sands of Exmouth beach. A short drive and you can experience the dramatic wonders of Dartmoor or Exmoor. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

This quirky 18th century fisher-mans cottage on the River Exe has all you need to enjoy a relaxing time away. Located on the Exe Estuary Trail, it is perfect for walkers or cyclists. Bird enthusiasts will be delighted at the birds-keep an eye out for the kingfisher in the harbour. Lots to do and see locally. Bus and train services very easy here.
