Charming Lake Home / Cape Cod Cottage

This charming home is an ideal, tranquil retreat. While only a moment's walk from town, it is secluded, sitting directly on the lake. Kayaks are provided. Watch the sun rise and set from the house, the shore or while floating. The house is fully furnished w/ linens. Come to focus on doing the things you love: walking, shopping, fishing or watching languid sunsets lakeside. Please note: Month-long stays are not available June-Aug. We only accept minimum 5 day reservations during these months.

This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Home was built in 2024 so everything is new. We offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for a standard stay. During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this is a perfect place for a getaway, family vacation, or escape from busy city life. 2 blocks from Lions Park which has a great, large playground. Pontoon, kayak, stand-up paddle board, and bike rentals are available from the City of Buffalo during the summer.

"This beautiful little cabin sits on the point of the lake water all around you on Indian Lake. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system with only 2 vehicle parking." Also 1 door down is another cabin called Cast-Away. Also have a pontoon for rent. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year.
