The Pond House Annexe

Self-contained with its own entrance, the Annexe forms part of the main house, situated 80 miles south west of London, in a quiet hamlet but very convenient for the A303. It is ideally located for an overnight stay for anyone travelling between London and the West Country. Close to well-known towns and cities including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and Marlborough, it is just 12 miles from Stonehenge, as well as providing easy access to fly fishing on Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Ancient City of Salisbury with its charter market, gothic cathedral and historic sites is a short drive or head north up the beautiful Avon Valley to explore Wiltshire Country side. We are also excellently placed for work at Porton, Boscombe, Andover or Basingstoke
