Breathtaking views of the entire property can be seen from every window of this well appointed stay. The kitchen, dining area, cozy living space, balcony, and bathroom is perfect stay for your friends or family. We can offer a second location if you have a larger group and want to lodge together. Relax in our beautiful studio apartment on 20 acres of wildflower meadows, with views for days! With a full sized bed, pull-out loveseat, shower, full kitchen, wifi and streaming TV services, and laundry onsite, our apartment meets all your needs. We stock the space with organic sheets and towels and use non-toxic and fragrance-free cleaning supplies and detergents. Walk the trails in our organic meadow, watch for some shooting stars, or head to nearby Cooperstown for tons of activities!

Centrally located: 13 miles (15-25 minutes) to Cooperstown, The Baseball Hall of Fame and Farmers Museum. 25 minutes to All-Star Village in Oneonta and 45 minutes to The Nexus Center in Utica. Several colleges in the nearby area. Red Pines Golf, Fly Creek Cider Mill, and state parks nearby. Close enough to all the area has to offer but far enough to enjoy the quiet country living.
