The Bothy @ Brightling Park Estate

The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. Beautiful cottage in lovely setting

Set in the beautiful rolling East Sussex countryside, in a designated AONB, Winters Farm Cottage is a lovely retreat.  Originally the stable block for Winters Farm, the cottage has been sympathetically converted retaining some original features and stylishly modernised. With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

The Hopper Hut self-contained accommodation

The Hopper Hut originally served as temporary accommodation for hop pickers. It used to house up to four families from London on their working holidays. Today, following extensive restoration, the unique square building welcomes visitors once again. Nestled on a working farm in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers sweeping views of Bewl Water reservoir and surrounding farms. A perfect weekend base from which to explore South East England.
