Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has 8 beds and a futon which can sleep 10 adults or 6 adults and 5 children. The spacious kitchen with a gas range is completely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and spices to make delicious meals. Enjoy grilling on the back deck while watching beautiful sunsets. Ping pong matches can be enjoyed downstairs. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach wagon and toys are provided. Parking on premises. The pool deck has lounge chairs and a fire pit.

The tiny house at the Crescent Beach house is a one bedroom one bath detached guesthouse ! The bedroom includes a queen bed and closet. There is a great kitchen with a full size stove/oven, keurig, and microwave. Wifi and a large TV with Netflix only, no cable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included! Soak in the great Florida beach lifestyle. There’s a board walk beach access at the end of the street ! This tiny house is adjacent to a two story home which is a separate Airbnb!

This modern 1 bed/1 bath rental unit has access to a private walk way to 2 pools, beach (5 min walk from door to sand) & tennis courts all in a gated community right on famous A1A in the Oldest City in the Nation. Perfectly situated by the beach or a quick Uber ride to Downtown to check out the history of the Oldest City in the Nation & try some other great local restaurants. We provide an in room guidebook telling you all the must do's in the town & helpful hints too! See you soon!

Crescent Moon: soft sand beach, pets welcome

The Crescent Moon, east of A-1A, is a charming 1/1 cottage, for small family, 2 friends or one couple. ONE CAR ONLY. Pet friendly cottage and beach. Soothing mornings, evenings to relax in the breeze! Simple 1 block stroll to the soft sand beach. No busy roads to cross. Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 75 pounds. The local taxes of 5% are listed under community fee.
