The Perch overlooks a babbling creek and 60-acre berry farm. On their own 4 acres, guests have access to a nature trail around a green pasture where sheep and goats graze. A short drive across the bridge is the farm entrance to enjoy various activities and berries in season.

The third bedroom would be locked during your stay, but you would have access to the entire rest of the home, except for one of the closets in the master bedroom.
