The chalet sits beside our maple woods in Southern Maine. Upstairs queen suite TV, tea/coffee nook with books and games; first-floor cozy bedroom with full bed. One full bathroom. Open concept living room with full bed pull out couch option, dining area, all-season porch with electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use. Five miles to Gorham Center close to USM, 20 minutes to St. Josephs College on Sebago Lake, easy 30 minute drive to Portland, 12 miles to the PWM Jetport. Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Forever changing lineup of shows, plays etc. ALL very professional.

Clear clean spring fed lake. 25 minutes to Portland with access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 45 minutes to North Conway New Hampshire. Where you wil find plenty of shopping, restaurants and winter skiing. Property includes use of Main Chalet home year round and two additional cabins each sleeping 4 are available from May-Oct. Great for extended families and friends.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

The house sits 80 ft off the lake. It has over 150 ft of lake shore and own private beach. We supply several kayaks paddle boards canoes and tubes . You will be required to sign a waiver to use them and you Must wear lifejackets .The home is located down a private gravel road .We are only 20 miles from the city of Portland, Old Orchard beach, Lake Sebago. Come explore and relax. 2 hours from Boston
