It has its own private entrance and garden (5 steps down) with an off-road parking space for a small car. A deceptively spacious bolthole the flat has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed, bathroom with bath and shower, a library and study area, a light and airy living room, and a recently upgraded kitchen. Situated only 10 minutes drive/on foot approximately 35 minutes from the famous spa town of Buxton, this modern, open plan barn conversion offers a tranquil retreat for those in search of peaceful break in the country or as a base for walkers and cyclists to explore the many places of beauty in the surrounding area. The well equipped apartment sleeps two with a double-bed and boasts a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition we provide free WiFi and parking for all guests!

A Buxton Eco-house for Peak District adventures

The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

Farringford Apartment One - is an elegant and spacious, 1st floor, 1 bedroom apartment (which can sleep up to 4 adults) set in a beautiful 19th century Arts & Craft style house located in the historic spa town of Buxton. It is very close to the Pavilion Gardens and a short walk to all the town has to offer. A perfect place to stay and create some memories in the Peak District. (Please note that it is not suitable for children under 10.) There are 2 off-road parking spaces available

Limehurst 11 - Central location, ground floor

Spacious Victorian ground floor apartment located within 5 minutes walk of Buxton town centre, Buxton Opera House and numerous bars, coffee shops & restaurants. The apartments comfortably sleeps up to 3 and has a period bathroom with a shower. 6ft superking leather bed, kitchen, large lounge, dining area, Wifi, TV and off road parking directly outside the front door. If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.

With a Kingsize bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the spacious lounge we can accommodate up to 4 guests.

There is a small amount of off road parking in front of the property and plenty of easily accessible on road parking to the rear.

Brooklands is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pavillion Gardens and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre, along the Victorian Broadwalk. Buxton Spa Town offers a fantastic base for exploring the Peak District, with it's surrounding villages and attractions.
