This recently renovated, stunning guesthouse with private decked area is only moments away from the centre of Byron Bay and its spectacular beaches. Only a 3 minute walk to town and a 10 minute walk to the closest beach! Coco Byron is the perfect location and space for your next Byron Bay getaway. This section of the property is part of a large home. We have divided the property into smaller sections via lockable adjoining doors. You have your own private entrance into this guesthouse.

Studio apartment with leafy outlook, set in a peaceful residential part of town. Set at the back of the block and away from the street. It is fully equiped and self-contained. The kitchenette has an oven, cooktop, fridge and all crockery and utensils that you will need. There is also a two person dining area, lounge area and Queen bed. It also has a seperate bathroom with bath and private patio. 10-15 mins walk to beach and town. Top shop cafe is 2 mins walk away.
