Otibar Residence is a three-storey building built primarily to cater people from Carigara and now living overseas. It's available for their temporary residence while enjoying the place where they used to live. It's not only for the people overseas but for locals living in other provinces and would like to visit the place. There are lots of water falls, stunning rivers, beaches, rice terraces, hot water springs on the Island. The properties are on the doorstep of Visaya sea in Agpangi circa 2km north of Naval center. During low tide sand banks and patches of pebbles appear in front of the houses, creating a beautiful and safe place for children to play as the sea level rises slowly.

It is located East of the town of Naval and 10 kms away or about 15mins drive by motorbike or a car. It is situated in a hilltop, so bad weather with strong winds is not a good time to stay. Book with us at least a week early so we can prepare it for you since we are not open 24/7.
