Dobrodošli u naš apartman Linden Avenue. Apartman se nalazi u mirnom delu Čačka u blizini centra grada, u najlepšem naselju Avenija Lipa okružen prelepim zelenilom i drvoredom lipa. Atraktivnosti lokacije apartmana doprinosi i odlicna povezanost sa autoputem E-763, Milos Veliki, sa koga se preko petlje Pakovraće ili Preljina brzo i jednostavno za svega nekoliko minuta stiže do apartmana. Preko puta apartmana je veliki tržni centar, mega market, brojni kafići i restorani, apoteka, menjačnica.

U njemu se kriju uklješteni meandri, jedna banja i čak 10 srednjevekovnih srpskih manastira. Ovčarsko-kablarska klisura, u narodu s pravom nazvana Srpskom Svetom gorom, jedan je od najlepših predela Srbije. Udahnite svežinu tihog toka Morave i osetite mir.

Welcome to our exceptional suite. This 1 bedroom is offering a spacious living room, a full kitchen and a balcony that will make you enjoy in discretion, in the center of Čačak. Close to every market, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The building is actually between two of the most renowned restaurant (Kalimero) and open bar (Mladost) Main bus station is about 10 minutes walking.

Kačara — Vodeničko Brdo

The cottage is built with natural materials, following sustainable principles, and is part of a traditional rural household, close to homemade food and farm animals. There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.
