Südlich der Terrasse befindet sich eine 250 Jahre alte Mühle im mediterranen Garten mit Palmen, Orangenbäumen, Pool, Pergola, Liegen, Außenküche und extra Pool-Bad.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Na Banya is a typical Majorcan house, with natural stone walls, surrounded by a plot of 1 hectare. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace. The terrace, the pool area and the barbecue will be the center of your vacations. On the farm there are farm animals which can be visited. The finca is located near the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. It has good connections to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches nearby.

If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room.
