The Barn comprises of a double bed and wc/basin on the lower ground and a staircase takes you to the lounge and dining area upstairs. There is also a fully stocked honesty bar. Close to Wentworth Woodhouse, Cannon Hall, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the famous Rob Royds farm shop just across the road, where you can enjoy delicious food.

Outside is a private, decked area with chairs, table, luxury outdoor slipper bath and fire pit - a perfect place to relax, unwind, and cosy up under the stars.

A spacious, detached and self-contained one bedroom flat - access via steps with handrail. It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.

Cedar Lodge nestled in the pennine hills is in a unique position with breathtaking views; we are surrounded by beautiful countryside while only being a 15 minute walk on country lanes to the nearest pub & restaurant...Sit on the decking or in the hot tub with a glass of something cold and watch the gliders catching the thermals from Stoodley Pike hillside drifting down on a summer evening; the spectical is amazing to watch. Grade I listed property looks out onto rolling fields and sits alongside historic Barkisland Hall. Large fully equipped kitchen/diner opens onto a patio with seating for at least 6. Double and twin beds plus lounge with sofa bed upstairs. Main bathroom plus downstairs WC. Utility room inc washing machine.

Beech House (split, one half let)

Beech House is located on the hillside overlooking Hebden Bridge. It is a quiet location yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes walk from the station. The house is split in to two so that the holiday let, with it's two large double bedrooms, is completely self contained with its own front door. The accommodation is self catering but we supply breakfast basics.
