Welcome to our lovely nest in the heart of the Dolomites (Alta Badia)! Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. In the summer, the area is perfect for hiking. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ho personalmente realizzato alcuni particolari dell’arredamento quali: lampadari, tavolo, panca, mensole, porta, testiera del letto, lavandino, per rendere questo appartamento unico ed accogliente. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la cucina è la sala pranzo. È presente un microonde/grill, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asciugacapelli, lavatrice/asciugatrice. C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto, ottimo x 2 adulti, o 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

The rural apartment Confolia 2 is located in the idyllic village of La Val (Wengen), where you will find popular ski resorts and hiking trails within a radius of 10 km. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and cable TV. If requested in advance, a baby bed and a high chair can be provided for free.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.
