Casa Milorca Cottage Suite

The Karoo-style Cottage Suite sleeps two and is tucked away in the pretty gardens behind the main house at Casa Milorca, which was built in 1860 and is situated in one of Prince Albert's prettiest streets in the historic heart of the town. The cottage has a king-size bed with quality white bed linen, and there is an en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a compact lounge and dining area. The kitchenette area has washing up facilities, a toaster, kettle, microwave and bar fridge, and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a tea and coffee station with home-baked rusks. The Cottage Suite, which has its own private verandah, can also be configured with two single beds instead of a king-size bed. Thanks to air-conditioning the cottage is cool in summer and warm in winter; there is also has a standing fan if that is preferred.

Karoo Country Style Guest suite

We would love you to stay in our Country Style guest suite, which is situated in a large leafy garden with a swimming pool, which guests are welcome to relax in and use. Secure parking is available on property. Our property has an inverter, which makes loadshedding less of a problem. The guest suit is attached to the main house but not shared with the main house. It has its own outdoor entrance and covered living area, so privacy is ensured. The light and airy rooms are decorated with love.

Karoo Koppie Cottage

Koppie Cottage is our special "off-the-grid" Getaway. Access the cottage through our Olive groves and across a very shallow River (regular vehicle fine - often a dry bed). The cottage is a tranquil haven , surrounded by Karoo veld and overlooked by the majestic Swartberg mountains. Windmill, limited solar power and gas supply the necessary utilities and peace and quiet are the order of the day. Drag yourself off the stoep, and walk up onto the Koppie behind, into the ancient Karoo veld.

The Studio @ The Place

Set in a secluded Klein Karoo valley at the end of a private road, the Studio is a peaceful retreat surrounded by wild landscapes, mountains and spectacular sunsets. It sleeps up to 4 and offers wrap-around views, a private plunge pool, outdoor bath and twin showers, braai and shaded outdoor living. Fully equipped for self-catering. The farmhouse is nearby, but the Studio is completely private and not overlooked. Peaceful seclusion conveniently located near Route 62 and the N2.

Elfen House is equipped with an inverter and backup battery, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to stay connected to the internet, as well as access to lights and TV. This guesthouse is an elegant establishment featuring two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests, located in the heart of Prince Albert. The guesthouse boasts two en-suite bathrooms and a private plunge pool, providing a delightful retreat for guests to enjoy during warm Karoo days.

Groenfontein Hills - Peace and tranquility

Located in the Groenfontein Valley near Calitzdorp in the Klein Karoo, this cottage offers a peaceful countryside escape with views of the Swartberg Mountains, minutes from the Calitzdorp wine route and Route 62. Set high on a hill overlooking the valley, it’s ideal for long walks, wide Karoo skies and quiet evenings by the fire. Cool off in the pool in summer or enjoy the indoor fireplace when the nights turn cool.

Hartland Garden Suite

Privacy and space is important to some extinguished guests..... The doors open onto your own garden where you can relax under the trees or enjoy the hot Karoo sun on the pool lounger. In winter the fireplace heats up the entire suite right to your bath when you feel like floating in the water with the crackle of wood to complete a romantic breakaway.

3 Queen Street

3 Queen Street is a stand-alone property. The house and its facilities are for the private and exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with other guests or the host. Guests who book the house will have the whole house to themselves for the amount of persons booked. Everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is included.

Africa Inn - Chalet 1

Chalet 1 is nice and spacious with two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom with an outside shower. Beds can be made in King or single bed. The Chalet has a fully equiped kitchen with a dining table and lounge area. The stoep is where the magic takes place with a braai and splash pool for your enjoyment.
