The Trout River Getaway is a cozy house directly on the beautiful Trout River nestled under the canopy of some big old shady trees. Watch the pelicans, herons, seagulls, or osprey right in front of you and enjoy the sunsets or some barbecue on the deck in the back . The house is newly renovated with modern interior. The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
