The Seashells Apartment is situated 250 metres to the beautiful Millennium Esplanade and Tannum Sands Beach and Surf Club. The Apartment is on ground level. There is room to park a boat. The area has wonderful walking and cycling tracks which extend along the foreshores of Tannum and across to Boyne Island. The Boyne River separates the twin towns and is spanned by The John Oxley Bridge. Wild Life and Bird Life in the area is prolific. Good fishing and crabbing. Walk to Shops, Cafes, Hotel.

What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

Sit round the fire pit while saying hello to the resident animals, goats, sheep, our gelding Sav and his little brother Herbie our orphan yearling foal. You can stay inside and play a board game or sit back with a book on the screened veranda. Plenty of birds will keep you company. Take a break from tech and enjoy nature.

JJ’s Nest by Boyne River & Beach

A self contained large studio with private bathroom & a new pool. Studio is really near to Boyne River with a 2 minutes walk. A walking track & Lilley’s beach is next to the river. Boyne Tannum Hook Up show ground is also at Bray park including the boat ramp. It takes also a 3 minutes walk to supermarket, coffee shops, etc & 4 minutes drive to Tannum Sand. It’s perfect for couples who like to enjoy a relaxing holiday or business travellers who need a quiet stay.

We will share with you all local knowledge from restaurants, things to do in the local area and information on how to get out to the Great Barrier Reef which is located on our doorstep. Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

Our apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good sized balcony, so great for families or two adults/couples sharing. 2nd bedroom can be configured as 2 king singles beds or a super king. Also has a dedicated workspace with high speed internet, printer, monitor etc for work trips and an additional folding stretcher bed for an additional small adult/child if needed.
