Lake House

Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with private community beach access Monday-Friday (June - September) Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. Rental contract is provided for this stay.

Located at the north end of the lake, guests enjoy access to a private community beach, park, and boat launch. Two ski resorts (Hunt Hollow & Bristol) are less than 15 minutes away for year-round fun and access to a private dock is provided.

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season.
