The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. My Home is located in a very quiet Campiello in Sestiere Santa Croce,only 6 minutes walk from the train station and Piazzale Roma, a few steps from Rio Marin and Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio.Nearby you will find markets for daily shopping,typical Venetian taverns and cafes.The apartment, which has just been renovated,is located on the mezzanine floor of a very characteristic pre-19th century building.Although it is only 45 square meters,it is well distributed and with all modern comforts.

La zona è molto tranquilla e comoda, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal automobilistico Piazzale Roma e a 10 minuti dalla Ferrovia. Restaurato completamente nel 2018 e con arredi di design, dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia spaziosa, e una cucina accessoriata. Dalle camere si accede alla corte privata, dove potete rilassarvi con un drink a fine giornata.
