Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Spend a night, a week, or a month at this self-contained apartment unit in downtown Fredericton. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!

Cozy Cabin Home-Peaceful Farm Retreat & Private

Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests.
