You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.
