A kitchen set provides extra seating or eating space perfect for hosting a home cooked meal prepared in your private kitchen. A comfortable sleeper sectional allows for extra sleeping or relaxation accommodations. Unpack your suitcases into a spacious dresser or large closet to make your stay as simple as it is sunny. A set of soft sheets and cozy quilt in a queen bed plus a full-over-full bunk bed allow for a comfortable spot to lay your head when the day is done. Our charming and side cottage on the 1st floor, 2nd floor Sea Breeze Bay and Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.

It is a spacious first floor unit with large rooms and high ceilings filled tastefully with vintage American furniture. The condominium is a short three block walk to downtown Lewes with its excellent restaurants and shops, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Cape Henlopen State Park.

The Morning Glory has a queen size bed with private bath and a very spacious tiled shower, a 32” flat­-screen HD television, seasonal electric fireplace, an in-room refrigerator, a rocking chair, Wi-­Fi and ductless heat and air conditioning. The room is decorated in Henry Link designer beige wicker and has a floor lamp and 2 Tiffany­-style table­-top lamps to provide excellent lighting for reading. It is convenient to our Hospitality Room.

We offer a variety of accommodations, guest rooms and suites that offers breakfast for an additional charge, or apartment style suites that do not come with breakfast but include a full kitchen. All rooms and suites feature antique furnishings, hardwood floors evoking the feel of a bygone era with modern conveniences. There are numerous delightful taverns and restaurants within walking distance and Cape May is just 10 miles away!
