My place is close to the beach (only 900 metres) and 2 houses from the park. You’ll love it because of the indoor living space, back deck and bbq, location and tranquility. Its perfect for couples & families. The north facing deck has an 8 burner BBQ, dining setting and lounges with still plenty of lawn for the kids. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!
