The Owls Perch Treehouse ~Luxury Treetop Retreat~

This amazing structure is attached to 3 large cedars and 1 giant maple using advanced tree tabs that allow the trees to sway gently, providing a natural and immersive experience. A stay at the Granary comes with a tour of the Keating farm if you choose! Our guests have loved learning about the history and future of the farm. The cabin is designed for a cozy place to unwind, relax and be your Cowichan home base. Featuring a wood burning fireplace, classic claw foot tub, comfortable linens and of course an expansive private deck with field views- the perfect place to cozy up and enjoy your local coffee in the morning or local glass of wine after a day on the town.

Completely renovated in 2018, this oceanfront cottage with wraparound deck, large windows, viewing platform and pebble beach access oozes seaside charm. Relax by the wood burning fireplace, prepare fresh meals in the new open-concept kitchen (stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher, quartz countertops and porcelain sink) or on the BBQ outside. Serve up to 6 at the dining table with views of the ocean. Go to sleep in fresh new beds with the soothing sound of the surf.

The Surf- Ocean Front-By the Beach- Outdoor Bath

Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.
