You can actually see a small section of the cascades range from the living room window. New, functional kitchen space has been totally redesigned. Bathroom has also been completely redone. Modern tiled shower/bath with a european style shower rod. Comes with your own outdoor space, gas grill, table and chairs. Street parking is always available, no zones to deal with. The address scores a walkability rating of 88 'Very Walkable" on Walkscore, with bus routes 2, 8, 48 and 84 less than .2 miles away.
