Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. It is required to go through a small set of stairs to get to the unit. The cottage is a walking distance from the river and the village where you can enjoy shopping stores, cafes, sport activities, night life and bar/restaurants.

Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance.
