Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Full kitchen. Two bedrooms plus a big couch that could sleep someone else in a pinch, and a cozy little fireplace top it all off! Just steps to the Appalachian Trail.

Tiny A-Frame Retreat in the Woods

Beautiful, quiet woodland setting with a creek running through it, just 5 miles from downtown Frederick. Tucked away into the woods our tiny A-Frame has a comfortable queen bed(not an air mattress) for a rest and retreat fully immersed in the poplar woods. This is a camping style set up- so if you enjoy camping then this place is for you. No running water- but plenty of good clean mountain water available , no electricity, compost toilet. We do not allow dogs.

Surrounded by well over 240 wooded acres and a mile long trout stream running past the cabins, it is quite surreal to sit and just watch nature and listen to the sound of the waterfalls. Sit on the deck outside or walk down the stream and you will find yourself going back in history. 20 minutes from Gettysburg.
