This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

Located within minutes to Cedar Hill State Park, this space includes a full bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom with tub. The space has its own separate entry and the suite shares a door with the main house, but the door is locked for complete privacy. This space is equipped with kitchen basics to allow you to prepare simple meals, air-fry or microwave frozen treats, and enjoy coffee or tea.
