Close to wineries, golf courses with Lake Michigan, Lime Lake and Little Traverse Lake all right nearby. Just a short drive to Glen Arbor and Leland. The Heritage Trail is also down the road. Spend the day exploring then relax by the creek in the evening with a glass of wine!

Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

Walk to everything downtown TC has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bath condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo.

Centrally located between Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes.

Excellent site for couples or families, enjoy access to hiking, swimming, golf, scenic views and access to shopping and other amenities in nearby Leland or Glen Arbor. Several wineries are also nearby. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Two golf courses are immediately adjacent to the association property--Sugarloaf the Old Course and Manitou Passage.
