It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. This basement room is like an apartment with it's own private entrance, down 5 exterior steps. Enjoy a tiny private bathroom, kitchenette & shared laundry area. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!

Located just 5 mins outside of Tillsonburg ont is this beautiful private country upstairs apartment. Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.

This place is in the basement but with lots of natural light it feels nothing like a basement unit.
