Η κατοικία είναι χτισμένη στους πρόποδες του Ξηροβουνίου της Κεντρικής Εύβοιας. Το Ξηροβούνι αποτελεί συνέχεια της Δίρφυς και παρόλο τ΄ όνομά του είναι γεμάτο από πλούσια και πυκνή βλάστηση. Έλατα, πλατάνια και βελανιδιές αποτελούν το σκηνικό της περιοχής και τη θέα του σπιτιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα έξω από το γραφικό χωριό Καμπιά το οποίο είναι χτισμένο στην πλαγιά της ρεματιάς.
