Η ιδιοκτησία βρίσκεται μέσα σε χωράφι 6 στρεμμάτων γεμάτο με ελαιόδενδρα. Το σπίτι κτίστηκε το 2006, στα πρότυπα της κεφαλονίτικης παράδοσης.
