Nel patio e' possibile trascorrere del tempo e mangiare in quanto attrezzato di tavolo e griglia. Casa con ampio salone e comodissimo divano letto(materasso 20cm),cucina,doppi servizi e camera da letto al piano superiore con condizionatore.Ampio giardino con veranda,doccia e barbecue.La casa è situata a circa 800 metri dal mare,la zona è molto tranquilla e con buona possibilità di parcheggio, possibile anche parcheggiare nel giardino. 4 posti letto,due nella camera da letto e 2 nel divano letto.Il centro e la stazione distano circa 1 km e 800 metri.I treni per Roma passano ogni 30 min.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower.
