“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

The Chalet “A La CASA” enjoys a very sunny location on the north-east side of the Zermatt village. It has an exceptional view of the village and the Matterhorn. In winter it is possible to ski right up to the front of the house. The house is connected by an elevator from the riverside. The apartment was completely renovated on summer 2017. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the departure of the Cervinia's Plan Maison Cable Car and about 200 meters from the center of the village.
