There are concrete, rocky and pebble beaches around, and we have our own beach! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green garden. It is great for couples, bikers and families. It has a variety of one day destinations to visit within 1 hour drive. Karlobag is the closest town, 4.5 km or 10 min away; Zadar is 1.5 hour, Senj is 1 hour from us.

Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. The holiday home has a big terrace, 2 bedroom, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. It can accommodate 4-5 people. It is located 10 meters from the sea, surrounded by greenery. Rare are places where you will find this peace and quiet, and so the perfect conditions for a vacation like this!

This apartment is for two to four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
