Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. it is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and to the village center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

Fantastic location in the centre of Champoluc next to all the shops and restaurants. You only have to cross the road to get to the slopes. The apartment is newly renovated with a cosy log burning fire, a large kitchen and comfy beds with warm white duvets. The 2 bathrooms will help everyone get to the slopes on time. No need for a car, the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The private driveway makes the apartment nice calm and there is free parking outside your door.

The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.
