I wanted to create a space where guests can take time to rest and reset. The house is cozy, stylish, and surprisingly spacious. Its well appointed with all the amenities to feel like home. The house is 3.5 miles from downtown Carrboro and 10 minutes from the UNC campus! The house is close to: - Rigmor House - The Barn at Valhalla - Lavender Oaks Farm - Rock Quarry Farm - The Honeysuckle Tea House Franklin Street is 4 miles away with venues and restaurants like Cat's Cradle and Neil's Deli!

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Your friendly, well behaved dog is welcome, but don't ever let your dog on the furniture or leave your dog alone uncrated. Sorry, no cats.
