Lots of walks nearby either to the pubs in Little Missenden, Penn woods and Penn Street or further into Old Amersham. Shared use of a large garden and tennis court.

The area boasts some of the best walking and cycling in the country. It's only a 7 mins walk into the town centre with all amenities.
