Dans le célèbre Quartier Latin, très central, charmant et sûr. L'appartement est à 10min à pied de Notre Dame, en face de la station de métro Cardinal Lemoine. Dans un immeuble historique à colombages typiquement parisien, tout est neuf et vient d'être rénové avec goût. Les invités disent qu'il est charmant, ils aiment la déco, la climatisation, les toilettes, le grand écran, le système HiFi. C'est l'appartement dans lequel nous vivons quand nous sommes à Paris. Appartement à double expositions à Paris 13ème

Appartement d'environ 80 mètres carrés avec un grand séjour (comprenant la cuisine bar) à double exposition. Il est situé dans le 13ème arrondissement de paris dans une tour construite en 1973. L'appartement est au 17ème étage de la tour. Il y a deux chambres. Une chambre avec un lit simple qui donne sur le séjour avec un panneau coulissant. On peut l'ouvrir est cela agrandi encore le séjour. Il y a une seconde chambre avec un lit deux places. L'appartement est habité presque toute l'année.

We completely renewed the flat (750 sq ft) in november 2017. 3 minutes from the nearest metro station (line 6), 10 minutes walking to get to 3 other metro lines (5, 7, 14). Less than 20 minutes door to door for Paris central metro station (Chatelet Les Halles). Close to la Seine and lots of cool barges (restaurants, clubs, concert halls). Very quiet in a calm and safe neighborhood.
