It is located to the rear of Villas 1 & 2 and within its vicinity, is the large communal pool. Inside, the bright and breezy living spaces are designed for calmness and relaxation. The open living and dining areas lead onto a patio with a view of the pool and the natural surroundings— ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The master bedroom is on the upper level and features a private balcony. Also on the upper level are two additional spacious bedrooms with ample storage. While the fourth bedroom is located on the lower-level and looks out to the lush garden and nature. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning for privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances. This charming home is perfect for surf families or groups. Only a 5 minute walk to two great surfing spots in Atlantic Shores (Freights and South Point). Fully equipped large kitchen, open plan. A 30 minute walk to Oistins where you find groceries, fish and vegetable markets, restaurants, shops and entertainment.
