It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The Bungalow at Woodcote

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

This is a well-maintained annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a double bed. It has an ensuite and is equipped with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, iron & hair dryer. Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views.
