Quiet countryside location yet only 4 miles into Carlisle City centre. Ample private parking. Peaceful garden has an outdoor wood burner for eating al-fresco or just star gazing. The Northern Lake District and Hadrian's Wall are both less than a 30 minute drive away, and Carlisle City Centre is just a few minutes drive.

We are situated in a very quiet part of Northumberland with excellent walking and cycling from site. The Pennine way is a field away, we have disused railway lines with viaduct and riverside walks. Situated directly in front of a working dairy farm, the property also has its own small holding that includes the resident pig 'George', ducks, chickens, dogs and many more family pets.

The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.
