The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. Sunset on Handglider Hill over looking Canunga with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. This architect-designed house is set on a 1.5-acre property near Mount Tamborine. This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Ocean Views to the Gold Coast and only meters walk to the pristine golf course. Relax and unwind on the expansive deck overlooking Tamborine Mountain to the magical view of the Pacific Ocean taking in the high rises of the Gold Coast. The ever changing views from stunning sunrises to sparkling night lights of the Gold Coast will take your breath away. If you can drag yourself away from the deck you can enjoy a cosy indoor fireplace or the fire pit set amongst the tropical rainforest garden.

Little Bird Cottage is situated in a quiet, private rainforest grove on Tamborine Mountain. It's character both inside and out is French/English Country with the added romantic atmosphere generated by its secluded rainforest setting. An excellent place to unwind and is within walking distance to Gallery Walk, the Botanical Gardens, National Parks and numerous quality eating venues. Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.
